Transformational Breathing
Friday, September 25, 6:30-8pm
The ancient practice of connected breathing has been embraced by Yogis, Shamans, seers, and indigenous cultures around the world for
thousands of years. Transformation breathing is a unique therapeutic modality, this method of breath pranafies the body by circulating the lifeforce throughout your entire being. Through Surrender and relaxation of the exhalation, the heart opens and receives the infinite wisdom, magic and healing power hidden within the breath. Sense perceptions expand and higher levels of awareness are realized.

Healthy Hamstrings & Shoulders
Saturday, September 26, 12-1:30pm
For most people, it would be accurate to say that the majority of their waking hours are spent sitting or looking down at a screen. Studies have
shown that on average, people spend 4-6 hours looking at their phones. The average person who works at a desk spends around 10 hours of their day sitting. These repetitive movements and postures create a breakdown and tightness in areas such as our shoulders, neck, hamstrings, and hips. This workshop will explore the relationship between these key areas in our body, with a focus on hamstrings and shoulders. It will also cover the danger in
overstretching the hamstrings and how to counter this stress.
